I came in looking for the perfect car, and Kevin was so down-to-Earth, very caring, very funny very sweet and had all the car knowledge I needed. He did not act like he was helping so that he could make a sale - he acted like he was an old friend. He even helped us get the 10 day pass for that day, which was a huge stretch. When something needed to be signed as an after thought, he came to meet us, just to get the signature. He truly went above and beyond. And the manager, Kunj, was equally wonderful to me. He truly cared! I told him we had to figure out a safety that day because I live out of town. He called around and set it up for me, though he was not required. The car was as-is, but he was so kind and threw in a car detailing because the car could use it. On top of everything, Kevin came to the mechanic with me and did the talking! Between Kevin and Kunj they went out of their way for a "Joe-Shmoe" (me!) buying a cheaper as-is car, as if I was buying the most expensive car on the lot! My poor old car was in very terrible condition, and Kunj authorized Kevin to trade my old car in and give me more than Kenny U-Pull was going to give me, which was a really wonderful surprise! If anyone is going to Hyundai on Hunt Club, I highly recommend asking for Kevin! He's so great! If you're reading this: thank you, Kevin and thank you Kunj!!
