I definitely had a great experience with the team at Hyundai Hunt club especially because of the sales rep who helped me, Laith. I typically hate going to the dealership and I initially went in saying I am just here to test drive and that’s it. However, from the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable with him as I felt he was really trying to get to know me and what I was looking for - which I appreciated. I had the idea that I could only afford a particular trim of the car I was looking at but Laith went the extra mile to explain the features each trim has and we were able to come up with a fantastic deal for an even higher trim that fit within my budget. I also thought it was a great touch that during the delivery of my car Laith took his time to answer all my questions and helped me set up the car and show me all the features. he also did a post purchase check up a few days after. Talk about going above and beyond! I am happy with my purchase! However, to keep it none bias I will say I would have appreciated a bit more guidance and explanation from the Finance team during their aspect of the process definitely room for improvements there but nonetheless overall, I had great experience with the team at Hyundai Hunt club!

I just want to give a big thanks to Matthew (service & parts advisor) and the technician who replaced the rear cam on my 2017 Tucson 1.6T SE (back-up camera had the blue screen of death issue).
