From the moment we walked into the sales room on Hunt Club we were greeted warmly. Then introduced to our Sales consultant Rahul. He was patient and answered our many and never ending questions. As we debated whether to purchase a 2025 Sonata we met Kunj (Sales manager). He sincerely and fairly gave us the options that cliched our purchase. The business manager Adam explained various extended warranties. There was never pressure to purchase. With discussion of our needs we signed the warranty we felt was most beneficial to us.When we returned to pick up our Sonata Rahul calmly and with patience explained the many features making us feel confident in operating our new vehicle. Before driving away the Sales staff were there to shake our hands and assure us they were a phone call away with any questions.The head of Service department was not there that day so didn’t meet him. I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Tucson brand new from here in 2019. In December 2024, my engine blew at 140,000kms. I had extended warranty but was initially declined due to warranty administrator putting my claim in wrong which led me to call Hyundai Canada, myself to escalate the claim. They were surprised that my claim got denied as I had full service records and extended warranty still available till 160,000kms . I reached out to the Service Manager, James, with my concerns and frustration, and he reassured me that he would take care of the claim and expedite the process. My claim was eventually approved and within days, my new engine was installed. Fast forwarding a few weeks after, my check engine light came on, so I brought it in for diagnosis and my catalytic converter needed replacement. With no hesitation, Rouzbeh submitted my claim and two weeks later, they installed a new catalytic converter and new sway bar links. I would highly recommend this dealership as the Service team is very professional and honest (which is not the case, many times when dealing with a Service department at a dealership.) Thanks to the service team for taking good care of my vehicle!
