Good initial experience with my new car purchase. Kevin was attentive and responsive to my needs. Only issue was that I had been promised a certain colour combination but when it came time to get my car (3 months later) that option was not available.

After visiting Nissan, Toyota and Honda, we walked into this dealership at 7:45pm on a Monday night, 15 min before their closing. We met Hadi who took the time to answer all our questions while adapting to our tight time for this first visit (speeding up where he could and being understandable). His knowledge was appreciated and his customer service is excellent. In the following days, communication was smooth and efficient by text message email with Hadi and Nabil. We visited on Monday, test drove on Wednesday and got the car delivered on Saturday. The delivery was against a tight timeline of mine (again) and everyone at the dealership accommodated me for a very easy and efficient delivery. 10/10 experience for the purchase of my wife's car and as a Mercedes and Genesis client, my expectations can be high. Ask for Hadi.
