I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Tucson brand new from here in 2019. In December 2024, my engine blew at 140,000kms. I had extended warranty but was initially declined due to warranty administrator putting my claim in wrong which led me to call Hyundai Canada, myself to escalate the claim. They were surprised that my claim got denied as I had full service records and extended warranty still available till 160,000kms . I reached out to the Service Manager, James, with my concerns and frustration, and he reassured me that he would take care of the claim and expedite the process. My claim was eventually approved and within days, my new engine was installed. Fast forwarding a few weeks after, my check engine light came on, so I brought it in for diagnosis and my catalytic converter needed replacement. With no hesitation, Rouzbeh submitted my claim and two weeks later, they installed a new catalytic converter and new sway bar links. I would highly recommend this dealership as the Service team is very professional and honest (which is not the case, many times when dealing with a Service department at a dealership.) Thanks to the service team for taking good care of my vehicle!
